Your choice of having your children taught french is very wise, IMHO. As a
starter for romace languages it is very good *because it is hard*, and it
comes quite handy at times. From french, italian, catalonian and (to a
lesser degree) spanish should be easy enough. They'll do fine in business
overseas!
