Did you forget this - :-) ?
It can be argued that your president was moving your nation in that
direction up until September 11th. Did you view that as a success? Further,
take a look at how much the USA has relied on overseas help since September
11th. Isolationism is fine when you need nothing from anyone else. I don't
think that is the case with the USA.
