This is kind of depressing/scary. Make that quite depressing/scary.

You all
can decide whether/where to plug it in to your arguments.

It fits anywhere. There were so many bad decisions made during the course of
this little charade that just about anyone can use it as ammo... argue
against federalization because the feds and the NG were involved, argue
against privatization because the airline was involved too.

About the only argument it DOESN'T support is the "patchworks are good" one,
I guess.
