Around here, if you're willing to drive into the sticks less than an
hour, I can still find doctors and dentists who accept chickens (or
whatever) in payment from their customers who don't deal with much cash.
There are lots of doctors who aren't swimming in cash.

advantage that a government run health plan can have is it doesn't have
to be governed by profit. What is unfortuanate is that there isn't much
more accountability to the customers, but that could be changed by
culture.

Everything should be market moderated.  If it's not, then it's just
being abuse(d).
