There'd be no need - if I killed someone in a fistfight, it would be equal force as
defense. And if I killed them, they couldn't argue about who started it. Not that
I'd get involved in a fistfight, I've pretty much avoided them since gradeschool,
as I tended to mess the other person up too much.
