What does CTP stand for? I ask because I work for the Cartographic Technology
Programs Office(1), which everyone calls CTP. :)

1 - CTP is a part of the National Ocean Service (NOS), which is a part of the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA - www.noaa.gov).
