Big news here a few years back. High car-rental ratios there,
and rental cars were easily identifiable. They changed the
registration plates as a result, but they were still easily
identified! But we haven't heard much about it since.
(not necessarily agreeing with carry-law assertions, no data
to analyse, debate, compare, agree-with, or refute).
