Hi Jared!
I'm not aware of any announced plans by Cobi/Best-Lock to expand its range of
offerings here in the US, though those castle sets would definitely be a welcome
addition. To the best of my knowledge we've so far only seen the Town,
Military, and Pirates themes sold in the States. Alas, although a few online
venues offer non-US Cobi stuff, I've found that the prices and shipping make the
sets prohibitively expensive. Sadly, your most likely option might be eBay, and
that's an uncertain prospect at best...
Paul Maxwell, a poster to this group, acquired some of the Oxford castle sets a
few years back, as he discussed here:
http://news.lugnet.com/off-topic/clone-brands/?n=1576
That probably makes him the expert. I reviewed the Oxford 15000 Tank set here:
http://news.lugnet.com/off-topic/clone-brands/?n=1445
but I have no direct experience with the Castle line.
Another place to ask your question is the Bloks Forum:
http://bloks.hyperboards.com. Some of the members there are considerably more
knowledgeable than I am about Cobi/Best-Lock, and you might get a better answer
than I can give.
LUGNET has always been very accomodating to us fans of the non-canonical brick;
even if LEGO purists aren't too happy to speak favorably of them, it's nice that
LUGNET has set aside a forum for discussion.
Dave!
