While searching the Internet for clone-brand info, I came upon a mention of other Lord of the Rings sets that apparently never saw release. The Basic Block Bucket was even listed on Marz Distribution three years ago. The total number of sets touted at Toy Fair was larger than what was released. (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

(...) That's really a shame, IMO. Sure, the series wasn't as well-conceived as it might have been, but there was a lot of good in it, too. I love love love the statuary from Battle at Weathertop, and the gargoyle-ish pieces from Orc Attack at Amon (...) (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

(...) I think I was unclear in my wording. The Mines of Moria set was indeed released, and eventually I was lucky enough to find one on deep discount at KB toys. The instructions included in that set gave the description of the phrases uttered by (...) (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)
