Well, shut my mouth!
Best-Lock is making a minifigure pack! I saw it at Target the other day.
It had some camoflage, navy, and army minis and even included a
brown-skinned fellow. The set also includes a pair of M-16 type rifles in
silver.
There was a bunch of new tiny military Best-Lock sets too, and if I was
going by the packaging rather than past and recent experience I would have
bought them all -- the designs are great!
I remain frustrated by the degree to which Best-Lock gets so much right
while still getting so much about this kind of construction toy wrong.
Quality and compatibility with other manufacturer's product lines remain a
HUGE factor in my choosing not to buy almost anything from Best-Lock.
Still, I might buy more minis.
