Last night's "In Touch", on BBC R4, contained a Lego item. This is how it was
described:

ETHNIC ENABLE

Lego is used as a training technique in business. The idea, is that by building
symbolic models, you can focus companies' attention on their business
strategies. Recently, a new organisation in Glasgow, known as Ethnic Enable,
ran a weekend using lego techniques.

The idea behind Ethnic Enable is that they help disabled people from minority
communities gain access to services which they might find daunting and
excluding culturally, and linguistically. Reporter Ian Hamilton went along to
meet them, and to find out how lego can strengthen their organisation.

The whole programme is online:

The Lego section is the last 5 mins of the ~20 min show.
