The bidder had a feedback score of -2 (5 negative & 3 Positive). All the
negative feedback was for non-payment. The problem is if any 4 of these
sellers had claimed a credit against the bidder's record, ebay would
have kicked him/her out. I strongly urge sellers always to reclaim
credits for non-payment... the penalty is much worse than negative
feedback for a member which only buys on ebay.

I know that I would do this more often if it wasn't such a pain in the butt.
And it's even worse now that you have to file a non-paying bidder alert
before you can even get a refund.  I think that they make it such a pain on
purpose to keep people from using it.

I always seem to try to file for my refund on the 61st day!  Or didn't file
a non-paying bidder allert before 45 days!  Or didn't wait the 10 days
between the two!  It's rather frustrating!
