I know that I would do this more often if it wasn't such a pain in the butt.
And it's even worse now that you have to file a non-paying bidder alert
before you can even get a refund. I think that they make it such a pain on
purpose to keep people from using it.
I always seem to try to file for my refund on the 61st day! Or didn't file
a non-paying bidder allert before 45 days! Or didn't wait the 10 days
between the two! It's rather frustrating!

| I canceled a bid today on this auction: (URL) bidder had a feedback score of -2 (5 negative & 3 Positive). All the negative feedback was for non-payment. The problem is if any 4 of these sellers had claimed a credit against the bidder's record, ebay (...) (25 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.theory)
