First, congrats!
I doubt the very few full time builders would tell you how much they’d charge,
but if I were to be contacted, this is what I’d do:
Charge 20-40% of the actual brick cost of the model. This cover deterioration of
the price from new to a used bricks, and/or further deterioration of used to
more used bricks. In addition, charge an hourly rate for building at home
$25/$30 hour (is cheap I’d think), and charge a higher rate for on-stie building
$40-$50/hr or so. In addition to that, they need to cover expenses (mileage
driven, meal allowance).
