I can't make out what is going on with this "auction": (URL) the surface, there is 1 Silver Champion being auctioned. The item title suggests this is a "But it now" auction, and the text appears to suggest that there are multiple items and the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Dec-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

It looks like the seller is trying to avoid the listing & final value fees for multiple items. To list something at a starting price of $124.99 is $2.00, with a final value fee of $3.75. That's $5.75 per item that goes to eBay, so s/he is saving (...) (24 years ago, 21-Dec-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

(...) He's selling sets he hasn't yet bought from Walmart.com and having them shipped (by Walmart) to the buyer's address - that's why he's not waiting for the auction to end. (...) Interestingly enough this auction has now been closed... the seller even added a comment stating that it was closing so a proper dutch auction could be opened.
