  Ebay feedback weirdness
 
Something very strange is going on with ebay feedback that perhaps someone else can explain to me. I came up this silly idea that I would try to find the oldest feedback that I could on all of ebay. (...) Until Fall 99 nonregistered users could leave feedback for eBay users...basically unsolicted testemonials presumably based on previous non-eBay transactions... Back in the day, when I found eBay, there were no LEGO sets, or even parts! There was computer stuff and other stuff - comics, baseball cards, books, some toys, not much etc. There were maybe 100 categories. There were maybe 10,000 items per week! (...)
