Although I'm not Brad, here's my answers:
Kohl's usually has relatively recent sets -- say last 2 years releases
at most, up to current (2002) releases. At mine that means a selection
of Alpha Team, Soccer, Life on Mars, some Dinosaurs, Bionicles, and
Star Wars and Harry Potter. (Can't REMEMBER anything else, but there might be
others).
PRICING ALERT - Kohl's has tended to mark both Star Wars and Harry Potter
sets at 10-20% ABOVE MSRP, so the 15% of is no great deal on those themes.
Exception is 7143 (Jedi Starfighter) which is at MRSP of $19.99.
As to length of sale -- I haven't been out to my nearby Kohls or gotten
the flyer to check, but they generally do LEGO sales for 1 week, running
Sunday - Saturday.
