  Harry Potter Disappeared???

Hi, Harry Potter sets have disappeared from the shelves of the two local Wal-Marts and one K-Mart in the Paducah area. I purchased a few sets but the castle, Hagrids Hut, and other were gone then two days later the shelves were cleared out (...) (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Harry Potter Disappeared???

(...) Yeah I'm not sure what's happening... First I heard that the HP sets were available at a Toys R Us in mall X. Then I saw the HP sets at a Toys R Us in my area, but now they've disappeared, including the display. Yesterday I went to mall X and (...) (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Harry Potter Disappeared???

(...) At the local Wal-Mart I frequent (in Richmond, VA), the HP sets were not so much a part of a disappearing act as they were a part of a "find the pea under the shuffled shells" act. Later that night (accidently got 2 Diagon Alley and no House Gryffindor) the (...) (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Actually, I would NOT be surprised at all if the HP sets were flying off the shelves. It's Harry Potter, AND it's Lego! What more could you ask for? :) -Bryan (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
