Items listed as unavailable are likely available in other countries. If you
set your shopping cart for the UK or Germany you will find that items listed as
not available in the US and Canada are available for those locations.
You could chalk it up to poor website design. Since the item is not available
in a certain market, it ideally should not even appear there. So long as the
quantities available are correct, that is most important, IMO. It's no fun
ordering something to find out later you cannot get it. This may be difficult
to do with so many portals for ordering--telephone, web, email, snail mail but
Lego.com/shop seems to be pretty accurate in that regard.

| (...) Actually, many of the items aren't available in Europe, either. Usually the ones only available in other countries aren't lsited udner categories, but show up under searches.. (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
