I am surprised they are doing this (have not sent out the blue tubs that
is). I mean it is as simple as this: you advertise something, with a
picture, and no item number (ie 3033 or whatever), somebody buys it they
MUST send the item pictured - anything else is false advertising, plain and
simple no if ands or buts! I though this was a law... ever hear of bait and
switch?? Its like the store I used to work at, if we put a price tag on
something and it was the wrong tag, if the price on the tag was less than
the items cost, we HAD to sell it to them for the price on the tag, unless
it was obvious the tag had been switched. the store I worked for was a major
chain here on the west cost - Fry's Electronics, so they knew what the law
was. I remember one time one of the wherehouse people placed a wrong tag on
a $500+ item, the tag was for $99.99, but since we placed the $99.99 tag on
it, thats what they got it for. So I wonder why they sent out the red tubs,
the item pictured (the only way to identify the item) was for the blue tub,
thats what they should have give the people who ordred them. It was an
obvious mistake, but thats what they were advertising, so thats what tey
were selling.  (and no, I did not order any).

Isn't it nice that the Director gets their own escalator? How long will
it take KMart to tell me -- 'Umm, a web jockey uploaded the wrong
picture. Sorry.'

The local KMart did take the buckets back with no qualms.
