Thanks to all who replied. In case anyone is reading this thread, I'll write
a quick follow up:
DYA has been very helpful and cooperative when I asked them about the
package. Great customer service. They even offered to re-ship if my package
never arrives.
Due to the unpredictability of weather, holiday volume, customs processing,
and bulk mail routing, it would seem I have another few weeks to wait. :-(
Although DYA shipped the day after I ordered, the processing center didn't
get to it until three weeks later. THEN it has to go through customs and be
re-shipped to my home in Chicago.
Anyway, if you're thinking about ordering from DYA, go ahead. They're good.
But if you want the package for the holidays, order before November!
