I'm pretty sure they are. There seems to be some correlation between the stock
they get, and I think I heard someplace (on Lugnet or RTL, most likely) that
they are owned by the same company or something like that. I also found 7
6024's for $1.99 each at my local Big Lots last weekend--not that I have an
immediate use for them, but cheap Lego is hard to find around here. What with
the Ames SW haul a few weeks back and the 6024's at about 2/3 off, this has
been an unusually good year for upstate New York already!
