You might want to try calling the Potomac Mills Outlet Store. I'm not sure if
they will ship internationally, but they might... if you ask nicely. :^)
I was just there this weekend and saw a few of the sets you mentioned -
perhaps all, I can't really remember.

Some of these are also at the Outlet store. They surely won't let you have the
newer ones, though - these are still available from S@H in the US, so they
can't ship those.
