Yep, I also had a problem. I got the 2 smaller sets I ordered, but the big train
set (4561?) didn't come (it got cancelled like everyone else's). People here are
pretty good about announcing on-line sales, though it is also the case that on-line
sales are reported on r.t.l. Plus, there is flamingoworld.com and deal-finder.com
for coupons. People also mention prices that they've found at local stores; I
assume somewhere in the greater Detroit area there is a Wal-Mart, and probably
there is one by Livonia, so it might not hurt to check there once in a while and
scan the prices. There probably is a lugnet.loc group for Detroit or at least for
MI so the locals can help you find sales (assuming you haven't already scouted the
local stores).
