I've just ordered Jonathan Knudsen's book "Lego Mindstorms Robots" for
$0.11.
Yes, ELEVEN CENTS!!!  How?!

Step 1 - Go to http://www.flamingoworld.com/

Step 2 - Click on "$20 off a $20 order" under buy.com section.

Step 3 - When you're at buy.com, click on "Books" tab

Step 4 - Search for "LEGO" at buy.com.

Step 5 - Purchase whichever LEGO book you desire.
They have both MindStorms books (Dave Baum's apparently is not shipping
yet?!).
They have "The Ultimate LEGO Universe" for $12.96, Crazy Contraptions $12.96
And a few more LEGO books that I'm not familiar with.

Another tip: If you need to bring up the total to $20, consider searching
for "Stickers".  I ordered a few stickers at 75 cents each to bring my total
to $20.11

PS: Spend your $20 wisely, since supposedly it is good only for new
customers.
I didn't dare try to use the coupon twice, I feel guilty enough getting a
$25 book for 11 cents.

And then don't forget to return to Flamingoworld to take advantage of the $10
off coupon for returning visitors.

Plus...FREE SHIPPING!!!! at buy.com thru Sunday night.

I didn't get any Lego books, but I did get Lego Racers for $27.99. I then
returned to purchase a steering wheel & pedal accessory add on for N64,
final price after coupon $21.16. I will be able to add this to the N64 I bought
the other day at kb for $116 (minus $11.60 due to the 10%off coupon I
had)...The console also had the SWE1 race game...and I recieved a free alphabet
game for my son...and shipping was free!!!!

Yea! For internet shopping!!
(Of course for me to truly celebrate, the items actually have to be delivered)

(...) Yes! By careful planning I bought $50 worth of Lego junk (full retail value in Shop@Home catalogue or at buy.com itself) for $6. Cool!!! Get the $20 coupon and make just over $20 of a purchase. Return to Flamingo for the next $10 coupon, and (...) (25 years ago, 27-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
