Any one else notice that TLC is starting to cut the price on the 2004 world city sets? I have noticed that the amount of sets in the stores have started to become extremely low. Looks like the coders at Amazon are being lazy. The sale is Geoffrey's birthday. It's supposed to be the same as the TRU stores with buy two get one free, but it's not being calculated that way.
