In the case of the Hogwarts Castle, it scanned $0.00 on the aisle, it rang "not
on file" at a checkout and also at guest services. GS had to get someone from
toys to come up with a hand price scanner gun to find out the real price was 75%
off. Persistance pays off sometimes.
