Actually, I think it's a great story (whether you think it was opportunistic or something worse), because it illustrates the best and worst of automated ordering systems. Extreme Creatures @$25, Acccessory pack @$25 and Vision Command @$50 (half price for them but the usual price pretty much anywhere else now). This was in metro NY area.
