No special voucher or coupon is required. On the back of the flyer (actually, it's a 48 page unstapled booklet) it says "prices offered in this circular are not available in the New York City Manhattan stores", leaving me to believe the prices are (...) Just got back from my local K-mart (Wisconsin) and they only had one Hogwarts Express which was marked up at $49.99. Hmm. My Meijer (Ohio) doesn't seem to be giving the 20% off on these, on the argument that they're already on sale. They're only giving the 20% off on sets priced at MSRP.
