No special voucher or coupon is required.
On the back of the flyer (actually, it's a 48 page unstapled booklet) it says
"prices offered in this circular are not available in the New York City
Manhattan stores", leaving me to believe the prices are good nationwide.
Also mentions prices good at Kmart, Big Kmart and Kmart Super Centers.
One correction, I didn't receive it in the mail, it was in my local paper.
