They must be clearing out inventory for the new sets. We are having the same clearance sales and more All Artic sets Aquazone ( don't ask me where they found them, I thought they were sold out two years ago.) StarWars sets including Millenium (...) Ditto! I could really use 1-2 of these (HECK, I could use 5 at that price, 5 of them compacted into one box!), and can never find them on sale locally. Subject pretty much says it all. Was at my local Big Lots (Garfield Heights, OH) and they had Town Folks for $2.99. They HAD 4 copies. The classics being released in september are now featured on the s@h website. To look at the Gas n Wash Express go to the City section. This set is $49.99.
