I spotted four halloween buckets at a small toy store in Claremont, CA going for $19.95 each. They appear to be last year's Target buckets.   20 % sale at King Arthur's Toy
 
I arrived in Cincinnati for a business trip and decided to go Lego hunting. I didn't find any super bargains (except some sets at "Big Lot" stores) but King Arthur's Toy Court is ahving a 20% sale on Lego in October. 20% off one item with coupon, (...) Another thing, Target. Yes, they may have their 20% off every so often, but when they decide to clearance, it's to completely get rid of the stock.
