| Has anyone received boxes from S@H that appear to have been kicked to their home, rather than shipped the traditional way? The last 2 boxes I received were crushed considerably, enough to cause damage to the sets inside. The first box came via USPS, (...) I haven't actually gone back and looked at my orders, but I'be lately had the impression that when part of your order is backordered, you end up only ever getting charged for the shipping on the amount shipped initially.
