| Hey Richard, It's possible that the quantity has something to do with it. Perhaps even they can't believe that they screwed up 18 out of 25 heads. | Hey Y'all: It is a bad day for the Lego Curmudgeon... Some months back I ordered and parted out 20-25 sets of #4811 Defense Archer. 18 of the heads were blurry and otherwise misprinted -- for example, the beard printed so low on the head that it (...) I called during the day and assumed that my order was being taken by S@H proper rather than their overflow telemarketing service, but not so -- I got the (...)
