Hey Richard,
It's possible that the quantity has something to do with it. Perhaps even
they can't believe that they screwed up 18 out of 25 heads.
And in a shiny-happy-world they'd then send the heads to quality control so
that the problem can be determined and corrected. Of course, that's
assuming htey HAVE quality control....
