  Re: KMart BOGO 50% off

(...) I was pretty happy with the selection at the K-Marts near my home. They had all the new Star Wars sets and most of the LoM sets. The best deal was the LoM Value Pack for $5.99 (regular price).   Re: Another paypal horror story

My old credit union would double hold for large purchases. After each great LEGO sale we would have to live off of cash for a few days until the hold was cleared. (Ah the joys of college life.) 'Tis not as bad as our new credit union. Anytime their (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Another paypal horror story

Seems if you use a debit card, paypal will tie up twice your purchase amount in your checking account for several days, causing bounced checks. And it's not a glitch - it's how it's "supposed" to work, according to paypal. Here's the cnet story... (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Has anyone confirmed if this offer even exists in Canada? 90% of the TRU stuff that goes through this group is US-only, which really limits the odds of Darryl (or someone from Agricore) having a (...)
