  Re: KMART BOGO50%

(...) Note: the Kmart BOGO sale is on regular priced items only, not clearance items. But I got a cartload of 4696 bonus buckets at $7 clearance. My Kmart has the new TIE and Vulture Droid too. (Good year for vultures.) -Erik (20 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  KMART BOGO50%

No one else posted this, but Kmart is having a BOGO 50%. Not a lot of sets for sale, but I did get a 2 of the new Fire Trucks 7239 and likewise with the Fire Chief 7241. They had a dozen or so 7238s, but really how many does a person need. I don't (...) (20 years ago, 6-Feb-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  STORAGE OF PARTS

The never ending question. How do we as builders store our parts? I think I have found the answer. Stanley and Walmart. Stanley has a perfect storage container. It has two different sides with different size compartments. Then there are drawers to (...) (20 years ago, 4-Feb-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Kroger 400+300 red tubs

(...) They are on sale today in Ashland, KY. A little under $10.00 with your Kroger card. Sorry, I don't have an inventory. The 400 pieces are posted on the side of the bin. The 300 are very strange to say the least. All I have seen have had two (...) (20 years ago, 21-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Suggestions required for medium sized sets with lots of grey

(...) SNIPPY of list Hello Steve (And others), Thanks a lot! I really appreciate this. I guess I should have mentioned that I was looking for regular parts (like 1 x x etc) too. But this was still a great help. Legoswami Samarth (20 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.color, FTX)

Re: Suggestions required for medium sized sets with lots of grey

(...) I recently picked up the Mission to Mars (7469) at etoys.com for 1/2 off ($15). It has about 125 old grey pieces in various shapes, and sizes. Hope this helps (20 years ago, 18-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.color)

Re: Suggestions required for medium sized sets with lots of grey

(...) Does this list help? These are the 30 sets with the most gray/new gray, with MSRP $20-$60 and released in 2000 or later. PartQty is the amount of gray part. UnitPrice is the MSRP/PartQty -- that is, how much you are paying for each gray part, (...) (20 years ago, 18-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.color, FTX) !

Re: Suggestions required for medium sized sets with lots of grey

(...) It's difficult to find such sets. After many years of parting out, my light grey brick stock is tiny compared to white, red, blue, yellow, and black. I suspect that for some sizes, I have more orange and green than light grey. In the US, one (...) (20 years ago, 18-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.color)

Suggestions required for medium sized sets with lots of grey

Hi All, I'm looking for a list or suggestion of sets which have been released within the past 5 years which are medium sized (say, smaller than ISD or metroliner sized, in the 20$-60$ bracket) Which have decent quantities of preferably old (or new, (...)   Someplace you might not normally look for Lego is having 75% Off

I was in a U.S. Sears yesterday and found set 4100 for $4.95 (75% Off). In my experience, Sears in the U.S. only carries Lego for a few weeks prior to Christmas - but if there is any left - this is a fantastic clearance. Might be worth a look! -- (...)   Re: Target sales

(...) In my experience, different stores will maintain different levels of LEGO stock during the non-holiday season, and this directly affects what gets clearanced at each store.
