Hi all, I know some of you have discussed the problem of overcharging for shipping from FAO. I too purchased three items (including a 4511 train) and was charged $13 shipping.   Re: PayPal security issue?

  Re: PayPal security issue?

Even https://www.paypal.com results in a page-not-found. Appearantly there's just something wrong at my end of the connection. Hoewever, other sites work flawlessly, and some PayPal pages do appear. (21 years ago, 22-Jan-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: PayPal security issue?

(...) Hey, I also went to the site "(URL) and the page loads correctly and I had no problem with the security on the site. Perhaps it WAS a temperary problem, but I didn't have any problem. Try it again and perhaps it will work. Erik Bush (21 years ago, 22-Jan-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: PayPal security issue?

(...) Hi eric, Both those URLs (correctly) redirect to their secure site https://www.paypal.com/ Maybe it was a temporary problem. Are you sure you didn't click the link from a fake email? ROSCO (21 years ago, 22-Jan-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  PayPal security issue?

I wanted to pay by PayPal, but when I go the PayPal website, it feels like a reroute to a fake site.
