out of the four targets i visited today in the san francisco bay area, one had all red tagged items @ 50% off (some weren't labeled correctly but they scanned ok), one had a few items @ 50% off (but everything was by the 50% off signs. ) and two had (...) Note, it has been mentioned before, but LONG in the past, so people may have forgotten, but you CAN call them and order stuff from the tent sale and have it shipped.
