Till this monday, I had no problems with customs, all my packages came to me
without any customs fee, but this moday I get a legal notice that invites me
to the customs to bring up my package by paying required fee. When I went
there, I've seen that there is a mistake, and they gave my package without
any fee again. It is proof of "individual lego sets are free of customs
fee" , (at least in Turkey). Although, I should admit that it could be only
up to this individual customs officer.
