| | | | Or for Canadians you can open a TD Waterhouse true USD USA acount, based on New York, and mail those funny green money orders to be cashed with NO PROBLEMS. Basically you can open a TD/Canada Trust account here, and then phone to tranfer money from (...) (22 years ago, 13-Nov-02, to lugnet.market.services)
