PayPal made some policy changes on 17 Jan. Quick synopsis... o unverified senders of funds now have a $2,000 ceiling. o receivers of funds now have a 5-day window to click a 'refund' button to unwind a transaction. Ray (23 years ago, 22-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.services)

I was getting close to my limit and I really didn't want to give them my account information (i.e. provide them with easy access to my checking so they could suck me dry whenever they felt like it).
