Does this apply to previously existing accounts? I just checked my account
and I still have the $1,000 sending limit.

| PayPal made some policy changes on 17 Jan. Quick synopsis... o unverified senders of funds now have a $2,000 ceiling. o receivers of funds now have a 5-day window to click a 'refund' button to unwind a transaction. Ray (23 years ago, 22-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.services)
