"processing delays" but actually is so that PayPal gets the float, this is
where they make their money. And CC payments are worse...)

Well, I have to disagree a tiny bit here.  Funding via EFT, once you have
the bank account setup (which is required to be verified, right?) is no more
difficult than paying with a credit card.  It does take longer to _process_
but it takes no more effort to send or receive than a credit card payment,
and personal accounts can receive an unlimited amount of eCheck (EFT)
payments versus $500 in Instant eCheck (credit card) payments.

I sure hope Paypal allows ALL accounts to choose which types of payments to
receive soon, as I'm almost at my limit for credit card payments.  If I get
the choice I'll just turn the ability to receive them off.  If I understand
what their policy currently says, if someone pays me with a CC and puts me
over my limit Paypal is going to hold onto that money until I upgrade my
account (which I'm not planning on doing) and I'll have to login and refuse
the payment, bouncing it back to the buyer.
