Basically:
X.com bought PayPal
PayPal is a fund inter-xfer service
X.com is a checking account (interest bearing) w/debit card and e-mail fund
inter-xfer service
X.com accounts won't inter-xfer w/PayPal accounts via e-mail
I have both and sweep balances from PayPal to X via wire xfer (no charge).
I fund PayPal from the X account when balances dip negative (no charge or
limit)
