I just tried to sign up, and found this: " 3. International Use. You must be a resident of the United States to use the Service. International accounts will be available soon." I had posted that I might be discontinuing Factoring on or about 1 September.... so I wanted to update folks. Things got better. The volume of transactions seems to have gone down somewhat, perhaps because sellers have been seeking other (...) (26 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.market.services)
