Sounds complicated to me, and almost like trading... wouldn't it be easier
to make a route for one box, based on availabe and wanted themed parts?
That would be cheaper too, and you might get lucky with something outside
your "area" somebody else left in the box...
Just my $0.02
(The box currently going around in the Netherlands is sorta like this,
although unplanned. Most participants have different interests, so usually
everybody can find some cool parts worth shipping at least)
