| Susan, (...) Well, None of the boxes I had had these lists, so I think if it was introduced, it was either discarded before I received it, or it was not included. I can post an extensive list when it gets to me (two more people to go, yay!) but IMHO a list sent with the box is pretty silly. (you can see what's in the box... and you (...)
