(...) Would it have to be limited to "Promo" sets ? what about the small Paradisa sets that are in Europe and not in the US ? Sounds interesting... The problem I see is that everyone in the US has the same access to the same promo stuff, what I would want to put in would be McD sets too! So who would want to be 3rd person in the US to receive the box? All the good non us (...) (25 years ago, 22-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

I currently have some 30+ MISB shell mini sets from 1998, and I am quite sure there are people elsewhere with plenty of spare promo's/ mini sets.
