Would you believe that I got a Red Beard Runner, at a thrift store, and the bow
and stern are missing ?
Parts I think are missing:
RBR bow section
RBR stern section
1 Sail
a few cannons (I could always use brown mounts from Ninja I suppose)
most of the people (although minifig press-gang is not out of the question, do
Timmy's make good gunners mates ?)
