After a long struggle with the instructions, I'm now ready to release the
Victorian House kit on Nov 23rd. I'm accepting prepaid orders for the first
10 kits now (three are already sold to buyers who have been champing at the
bit for months), and as a special deal if you order by Nov 23rd I'll accept
Lion Points (the "frequent buyer" points I give on my eBay auctions) on this

Kit cost is US$190 plus shipping and insurance ($14.50 air mail or $10.50

Features: Three floors plus roof all lift off to show complete interior
detail, including basement garage with workshop, furnace, water heater,
stacked washer and dryer and laundry sink: stairs up to main floor with
foyer, living/dining room (including fireplace and swivel recliner) and
kitchen (very upmarket, with black appliances and "black granite"
worktops!): stairs up to top floor with bedroom (bed, side tables, chair and
built-in clothes closet), bathroom with "black marble" bath, toilet and hand
basin, and home office with desk, chair, computer and bookshelf. Includes
two minifigs.
Exterior features a bay window and small porch on the front, bump-out window
and chimney at one side, and garden toolshed under the exterior stairs at
the rear. Garage doors at the front use custom stickers which you can choose
to apply or not.
This house is a combination of ideas from the "Painted Lady" Victorians in
San Francisco and elsewhere in North America, and the first house I owned
here in North Vancouver which was a smaller, simpler version of those
houses.
